The Charles River Creative Arts Program will celebrate its 43rd season in 2012. The menu on the left contains useful downloads, links, and answers to Frequently Asked Questions.

• Session I: Monday, June 25 through Friday, July 20. (No camp on July 4)  
• Session II: Wednesday, July 25 through Saturday, August 18.
  
• Arts Festivals: On the final day of each four-week session, the performing and visual arts created by campers are showcased in an Arts Festival. Families and friends are welcome and encouraged to participate. The festival will conclude with an evening performance of the program's original musical with all elements produced and performed by students under professional direction.
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM.
• Please note Session II Festival Day falls on a Saturday.
• Scheduling: Each child selects his/her own schedule from over 130 courses. Nothing is compulsory and everything is by choice!

• Tuition: $2,400 per four-week session. A $500/session deposit is required upon registration and will be credited towards tuition.
• Financial Aid: CRCAP offers limited financial aid to qualifying families. To apply for tuition reduction, mail in the financial aid application, along with a copy of 2010 1040 tax form and 2011 W-2 form. Application due date is March 1, 2012. Applicants will be notified of their status by April 1. Please contact the office to submit applications for financial aid after March 1.
• Discounts: We offer a $100 (CRCAP) or $50 (Creative Starts) sibling discount and $100 (CRCAP) or $50 (Creative Starts) multi-session discount. You may choose to apply one. Sibling discounts may be applied to each additional sibling and multi-session to each additional session. Discounts are credited to the lower-priced tuition(s).

• Ages: CRCAP is open to boys and girls ages 8-15, inclusive. Children 6-8 years old may enroll in our Creative Starts program.
• Lunch: Hot entrees, sandwiches and wraps, salad bar, vegetarian options, pizza, beverages & dessert are offered daily. Download a sample Lunch Menu.
• Extended Day Program: We offer supervised activities daily from 4-6pm. The EDP registration form can be found here.
