Frequently Asked Questions
Applications and Schedules
How does the application process work for new campers?
Applications will be made available in December for the next year's season. For new campers, applications received by the deadline will be placed into a random lottery for available spots. You will be notified of the results of the lottery by early February.
Is there a waiting list?
If there are no spots available, a limited number of campers will be placed on a waiting list. Please
contact the office at 508-785-8250 for more information.
Can my child attend for less than 4 weeks?
No. All enrollment is for either one four-week session or both. New applicant may apply for only one session.
When will information on classes and schedules be available?
All enrolled students are sent a course curriculum guide, which details all classes offered, and a "master scheduling grid", which shows the times classes are offered throughout the day. 1st session students are sent these materials around May 1st, while 2nd Session students are sent these materials around June 1st. Students then must provide a 1st - 4th choice of classes for each period of the day and return their selections to the CRCAP office. Classes fill on a first-come, first-served basis.
When will my child find out which classes he or she got into?
Schedules will be provided to each student upon arrival, on the first day of the program.
How old do you have to be to audition for the musical production?
Participants in the Production must be at least 12 years old. Many other theater courses are available for younger campers.
